FAQ
How are study participants selected?
Our research team uses the information you provide, such as company size and industry vertical, to match you with upcoming studies. If we find a potential match, we’ll send an email (and sometimes a screener) to confirm fit and scheduling availability.
What is the time commitment for a study?
Interviews range from 15–90 minutes, with most being about 60 minutes. Surveys and unmoderated tests vary in length and are designed to be completed on your own time, as your schedule allows.
Can I request to be selected for specific studies?
Our study schedule is constantly evolving, so requesting involvement in specific studies isn’t usually possible. However, if you’re selected for a study and want to be included in a follow-up, we’ll be delighted to coordinate a future conversation if a related study comes down the pipeline. Additionally, study participation is a great way to get added to our alpha groups for testing and demoing new product ideas.
What should I do if I no longer wish to participate in the user panel?
Send a request to research@callrail.com, and we’ll remove you from our panel. If you decide to opt in again later, you can simply follow one of the sign-up links on this page.
