Outbound Text Message Business Registration

New compliance rules around text messaging (10DLC A2P) went into effect September 1, 2023. Registration and approval is required for all businesses  who wish to send any outbound text messages from 10-digit local phone numbers, including replying to inbound messages or sending automated text responses. The process to verify your business (brand) and text message compliance (campaigns) with our upstream partner Twilio, The Campaign Registry and mobile carriers is a multi-step process that can take up to 30 days. You will be notified via email by CallRail when your registration status changes. You will also be granted access to text messaging in CallRail applications upon full brand verification and campaign approval. If you have any questions about these requirements, the application, or your registration status, please contact CallRail Support.

Terms, fees, & usage conditions

By completing this form you agree to pay associated one-time registration fees and monthly text messaging registration compliance fees as detailed below. These fees will be included on your CallRail bill and paid on your behalf in their entirety as required. If your initial application is rejected due to non-compliance with regulations, you will be charged the one-time application fees for each subsequent re-registration. You also agree to comply with all usage, consent, and anti-SPAM regulations. Any violation of regulations imposed by carriers or The Campaign Registry may result in material monetary fines and penalties (up to $10,000 per complaint). As a customer, you will be held responsible for any violation fees associated with the phone numbers as registered to your business.
