Smith.ai Integration Overview
Smith.ai receptionists can handle calls that you forward to us from your CallRail account via Call Flows. You can create one or multiple Call Flows directly from your CallRail account and the phone tree you want callers to go through based on their referral source.
If you are not using Call Flows for your call routing, you can forward your calls directly from your tracking numbers, under the Tracking tab within your CallRail account.
