Call summaries, which recaps calls in a few sentences, can now be passed via integration to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and Looker Studio. Call Summary Reports
To save even more time, you can generate a report showing all callsummaries in a single report versus viewing them one at a time. In addition, you can search and filter these reports by company and time frame, but other enhancements are also coming soon that will provide even more filtering options, report editing, and export functionality. Having all your calls summarized in one report saves significant time and provides a quick and easy way to get a broad overview of what’s happening on your calls.
More Call Sentiment Features Coming Soon
We’re not done innovating yet (or ever). Next on our tick list for Premium CI are more features that will add even more efficiency and accessibility to call insights. In addition to what’s already in our call summary report, we’re adding a call sentiment column. This will allow you to view call sentiment holistically to give you and your team a better understanding of which calls are driving good conversations. Call sentiment scores can also serve as a lead quality indicator.
This report will also offer a convenient way to view all call summaries in a list view. This allows you and your team to quickly review key information using customizable insights without having to click into each call. This report will be your home base for all your CallRail AI insights. You can access this report in the Activity tab beneath “Transcription Search.” Filter your call summaries by attribution type, session details, handling, or properties to get to the calls you want to know about.
Finally, we’ll soon be including call summary and call sentiment in email notifications for your calls and voicemails, which will help you get up to speed on the quality of calls and voicemails without ever having to leave your inbox.
Additionally, through the recent launch of CallRail Labs, we invite CallRail customers to influence the use of voice AI via early access to new product capabilities and opportunities to provide direct feedback to product and engineering leaders.
The first CallRail Labs release – action plans – supports agents with AI-generated recommendations for next steps after a call.
