It’s official–CallRail has business texting capabilities!
Now, you can use your CallRail tracking phone numbers to send and receive SMS messages.
Here are some of the benefits you receive when utilizing the Text feature:
- Instantaneous Response – You will be able to communicate with anyone who sends a text message to a phone number that is configured in your account to receive text messages. Being able to respond immediately, and at little cost, keeps communication simple and enhances the experience to those who have decided to send a text message over placing a phone call or writing an email.
- Gaining a Mobile Audience – Given the explosion in the mobile world recently, more consumers are reaching out to companies via their mobile device. What better way to capture this mobile audience than to be available via text message?
- It’s Easy – Business texting is easy for both the employee and the consumer. When you enable text messaging in your account, you’ll access any incoming text messages by navigating to the “Text” option on your dashboard. Here, you’ll be able to reply to anyone who has initiated a conversation with you, and view any previous correspondence you (or someone else from your team) had with a consumer. You can also configure your numbers to alert you, and other users on your account, of any incoming texts via email.
Jump in and Start Business Texting Today
To access incoming text messages, navigate to the “Text” option on your dashboard. Here, you’ll be able to write back to anyone who has initiated a conversation with you, and view any previous correspondence you (or someone else from your team) had with a customer.
The left side of your screen (under “Inbox”) will show the different numbers that have texted your tracking number. On the right side of the screen is where you’ll hold your conversation with the person texting the tracking number.
In addition to being able to write back to any text messages your phone numbers receive, you can configure your numbers to alert you, and other users on your account, of any incoming texts via email (just like how the call notification emails work).
