We sat down with Scott Patterson, Founder of STUFF Junk Removal, to learn more about how the company uses CallRail to save time and boost sales in the competitive Los Angeles home services market. 

Tell us about your company and why you started using CallRail 

My background is in commercial real estate. When COVID hit, we joked about getting a trailer and seeing what we could do with junk removal – so we did. We started running some Google Ads and, to our surprise, got tons of business. In our second year, we did half a million in sales - which was truly led by paid advertising and the decisions we could make because of the data we were getting from CallRail.

The LA metro area is known for its high net worth and real estate values. Naturally, the home services industry is very competitive. For this reason, we need all the competitive edge we can get. CallRail data is vital to that.
