How does it work?
Multi-language transcription is available to CallRail customers using our Conversation Intelligence product, and it automatically turns on for any account that has enabled transcripts. Transcriptions will analyze your call recordings to create a speaker-organized text script. Once 50 seconds of a non-English language is detected, the transcript will change to that language. If the call starts in English, but the majority of the call is in another language, for example, Spanish, the call is transcribed in Spanish.
