Rocco Romanelli, Co-Owner and General Manager of Romanelli & Son Pool Service, and his team have been opening up pool season for the residents of Long Island for over 22 years. It’s no surprise that they were at the top of our list for call performance last month. Their phones were ringing off the hook leading up to Memorial Day weekend (to most pool owners in the Northeast - that’s Opening Weekend). Residents were scrambling to schedule a trusted pool company to prepare for their BBQ bashes and summer events, and CallRail was ready to give Romanelli & Son Pool Service the competitive edge on one the biggest days of the year.

What attributed to your success last month?

This is the busy season for us, for sure! May—June in the pool industry in Long Island, NY is crazy busy. We had great success last year with our content marketing, which helped our organic search ranking. Also, getting great customer reviews on our Google Business Profile helped our rankings there as well.

What is your favorite feature of CallRail? 

Call transcription has been great, and lead attribution is key for knowing our ROI on various ad campaigns and all of our marketing efforts. We use call transcription to load calls into AI for analysis, and it's been key in helping us pinpoint our weak areas in customer service.
