Big news: CallRail named AJC 2023 Top Workplaces USA award winner!

We’re excited to announce that CallRail has been named one of the nation’s top workplaces for 2023 by the AJC.

The Top Workplace list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage. One hundred ninety-eight employees were anonymously surveyed to measure the culture drivers and experiences critical to the success of any organization. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without our valued employees.

Over this past year, our culture statements and employee value propositions helped us build consistent programming to improve our employees' experience. Last year we re-launched Repair the World, our volunteer and charitable matching program that encompasses our "Respect Everyone" value. We also added two new Employee Resource Groups (ERG), Working Parents and Divergent Minds, now giving us seven ERGs to help better engage and connect with employees.

Our VP of Talent and Culture, Whitney Hoffman-Bennett, said it best:

We launched our Employee Value Proposition this year, ‘Grow with Confidence,’ and rallied around making sure CallRail was a great place to grow personally and professionally._”

Over the past year, CallRail is proud to have:

  • Reintroduced our in-person volunteer efforts through our corporate social responsibility program, Repair the World
  • Hired or promoted 156 people
  • Added two new ERGs in 2022 - Working Parents and Divergent Minds
  • Launched our new employee value proposition, which will help guide talent & culture programming throughout 2023
