We’re so excited to have been singled out as one of the 429 best workplaces by Inc. magazine. This award is even more special given the challenges brought on by COVID. Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk echoes this sentiment best:
“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year. Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year's list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”
At a time where our day to day has been disrupted, this designation serves as proof that we have taken the right steps to create a work environment that allows our employees to bring their best self to work every day.
Not only have we’ve invested deeply into our DE&I program, but we have also taken great strides to create a space where our team can still feel connected and empowered remotely with our ERG groups and virtual events. And the results of our efforts show, not just with this award but with our placement in the Atlanta Journal Constitution Top Workplaces list earlier this year.
“I’m extremely proud that we have made the Inc. Best Workplaces list,” VP of Talent and Culture, Whitney Bennett explained. “It’s a huge shout out to the team and the people behind the scenes who have been able to truly make CallRail a best place to work.”
Since 2020, we’ve grown our head count to 220+ employees, acquired a new company, and launched a new product. All of these accomplishments couldn't have been done without our valued employees and the customers who continue to push us forward and innovate.
As we look ahead, our goal is to continue investing in the programs and initiatives that celebrate our teams while empowering them to work with intensity to deliver incredible products our customers love.
