On March 18th, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution — our local newspaper — released its annual list of the best workplaces in Atlanta. We made the list for the fifth consecutive year!
For the 2021 Top Workplaces rankings, CallRail was one of the 3,268 companies nominated or asked to participate after metro Atlanta employees responded to print and online solicitations that began appearing in August. As one of 70 “midsize” companies recognized, we ranked 22nd on the list.
Energage, a Philadelphia-based human resources consulting company, surveyed 244 companies that agreed to participate in the no-cost program. These companies represent 56,160 workers in the Atlanta region, including 34,031 of whom responded to the survey.
The Top Workplaces survey is measured by:
- Operating by strong values
- Communication between employees & management
- Innovating and operating efficiently
Over the last tumultuous year, we’ve invested heavily in the CallRail workplace experience while pivoting and adapting to the remote worklife. We launched our DE&I program to begin doing the work to actively fight against racism and workplace bias. We collaborated with our ERGs to better engage and connect with employees. And we became more intentional about balancing the collision of both work and life in this remote world with our “Turn it off” value.
“This award is especially meaningful following a year that has been filled with so much uncertainty," VP of Talent & Culture, Whitney Bennett shared. In 2020 we navigated changes together and leaned into progress over perfection. This is a reflection of all that hard work; thank you for helping to make CallRail one of the best!“
