2024 marked our 13th year in business, and we’d say it was the best one yet. From the launch of our first product developed through CallRail Labs – Convert Assist – to crossing $100M in annual recurring revenue, we’re feeling grateful for how far we’ve come and excited for the future.

Driving innovation in the era of AI
This year, we celebrated the one year anniversary of our innovation program, CallRail Labs, that provided customers with the opportunity to experiment with the latest technology and influence the way they work. Additionally, we celebrated the launch of Convert Assist, the first full product from CallRail Labs! Convert Assist combines the action plan, call coaching and smart follow up alpha features to create a single AI-driven solution that gives our customers a fast and effective way to personalize conversations with leads. This ultimately leads to faster responses and higher lead conversion rates.

While the alpha features that make up Convert Assist represent the first solution to emerge from the program, CallRail Labs also saw nine additional alpha features over the past year, including patent-pending self-reported attribution (the 5th feature to graduate from CallRail Labs) and multi-conversation insights.
Better together: Adding to our partner ecosystem

- MailChimp: Bridging the gap between on- and offline channels by providing prompt, customized customer engagement based on lead attributes and AI-identified conversation insights.
- Jobber: Helping home service businesses gain a better understanding of the performance of their acquisition channels and gain deeper insights into those leads to win more business.
Additionally, CallRail solidified itself as a top lead intelligence platform within the HubSpot ecosystem with nearly 4,000 businesses installing the integration and welcoming the addition of new Elite and Diamond marketing agencies from HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program.

100 (million) reasons to celebrate going into 2025
To cap off a banner 2024, this year we officially crossed $100 million in annual recurring revenue. This is an incredibly elusive milestone that just 150 private companies have achieved; it represents truly world-changing businesses that indicate both market leadership and sustainable business growth.
