Leading the AI revolution
We have embraced the rapid advancements the world has seen in AI capabilities this year, and we are just getting started. Our focus is on solutions that are practical and actionable for businesses, tested with customers through our newly formed CallRail Labs.

After releasing Premium Conversation Intelligence ® in May, we launched our innovation program, CallRail Labs. Since its inception, we’ve released nine alpha capabilities, that – with the help of AI – empower our customers to:
- Identify actions and next steps after calls
- Capture personal details and preferences of callers, automatically
- Identify frequently asked questions
- Generate thoughtful, concise text and email messages to use as follow ups
- Leverage AI to identify where agents performed well, and where they could improve with actionable recommendations
- Flag when appointments are successfully scheduled
- Automatically mark new and existing customers
Additionally, our two latest alphas allow businesses to:
- Improve lead quality by auto-detecting qualified leads: for example, if the caller expressed interest in purchase, booking, estimate, or consultation, they’re automatically marked as a qualified lead. Otherwise, they’re viewed as an unqualified lead. Businesses receive dozens, hundreds or even thousands of calls every week, and this feature saves business time, and ultimately puts more money in their pockets.
- Identify leads that resulted in a sale, such as when a caller schedules a service, makes a purchase, or agrees to a quote. This empowers businesses to understand where their revenue is without manually reviewing calls, giving them the confidence to know which campaigns are driving revenue.

In addition, we kept our #1 Inbound Call Tracking Provider Ranking by G2 for the 5th consecutive year, and welcomed Jewel Burks Solomon to our Board of Directors.
